Shipping policy
1. Order processing
Orders placed and paid for on business days are usually processed within 24 hours.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the next business day.
Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation.
2. Delivery time
The estimated delivery time within Poland is usually 7 to 21 business days from the shipping date.
Delivery times are estimates and may change due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, holiday periods, etc.).
3. Shipping methods
At this time, we offer one standard shipping method, which is automatically selected by the store.
It is not possible to choose a specific carrier when placing an order.
4. Shipment tracking
At the moment, we do not provide package tracking through the store.
After your order ships, it is on its way to you, and we do not have access to its exact location in the carrier’s system.
5. Incorrect shipping address
Please make sure to enter your details carefully:

street, house/apartment number,

postal code and city,

phone number and email address.
If you notice an address error before shipment, contact us as soon as possible at puddlestop.help@gmail.com, providing your order number and the correct details. If the package has not been shipped yet, we will update the address.
If the package has already been shipped:

we cannot stop or reroute the shipment,

if the package is not delivered due to an incorrect address and does not return to us, we cannot issue a refund or reship the item — the customer is responsible for the provided details,

if the package returns to us, we can offer reshipment after payment of an additional delivery cost.
6. Damage during transit
If you notice damage after receiving the package:

Take photos of the outer packaging and the product inside.

Contact us as soon as possible at puddlestop.help@gmail.com, attaching the photos and your order number.
Based on the photos and your description, we will propose the next steps (e.g., a refund in accordance with our return policy).
7. Multiple packages in one order
If you order more than one product, some items may be shipped from different warehouses. This means:

products may arrive in separate packages,
-
packages may be delivered at different times (e.g., one day one package, the next day another).
This is normal and does not mean there is an issue with your order — we simply fulfill it from multiple locations to deliver all items as quickly as possible.
